1. 30-Day Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our concierge team at service@/ororix.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@/ororix.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items specifically tailored to your vehicle.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases (such as certain high-performance cleaning chemicals) once the seal is broken.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or with gift cards are generally non-returnable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
